Automation Solutions



Our cutting-edge automation systems are built on a variety of platforms, including Aveva Wonderware, Rockwell Automation, Siemens, and Ignition. We also provide solutions for redundancy and hot standby systems, which are typically included in most packages.


Our Automation Solutions include the ability to integrate with systems from suppliers such as Aveva Wonderware, Rockwell Automation, Siemens, and Ignition, among others. While delivering an Industrie 4.0 solution, we use standard interfaces such as Industrial Ethernet, OPC, ProfiBus, and Modbus.



Tyre Curing Process





In the SCADA system, the Tyre Curing Machine Process Dashboard, Alarms, Historical Trending, Reports, Production Details, and Recipe are configured. We are experts in tyre curing applications and have provided them on all platforms available in the market, including Wonderware, FactoryTalk View, WinCC, and Ignition.



Centralized Recipe Management





Recipes for all shop floor machines are kept in a single database system. A total of 1200 recipes are stored in a single system. Recipe creation, editing, deleting, and downloading time to machines are all provided as reports with the user of the action.



Downtime Monitoring & Alarm notification





In a single display, the status of all shop floor machinery is available. All of the machines' running, idle, breakdown, halt time, and critical alarms can be seen. Downtimes There is a UI for capturing reasons and manually entering them. As a report, there is a downtime report with a reason and a description.



Banbury Mixing Automation





Dashboard, Alarms, and Historical Trending are among the features of the Banbury mixer programme. Batch-by-batch detailed reports are offered, along with process trends.



Engine Assembly Line Monitoring





The engine assembly line has 90 stations that are controlled by SCADA. Recipes and operations were sent from SCADA to each station based on the part number, which was read via RFID from each station. POKA-YOKE error proofing alerts were transferred from SCADA to each station.



Cloth Finishing Line Monitoring





Recipe, Alarms, and a Production Dashboard are all included in the SCADA configuration of the CFL Line. Regardless of platform, OEE computation required specific scripting.



Digital Tyre Traceability Solution





Palletization machines to tyre building equipment A market-leading tyre producer has installed a tyre tracibility system. Based on the use of barcode technology, all area-specific reports and general traceable reports are available for each barcode.



Overall Process & Production Monitoring





Process monitoring in general Process MIMIC, Recipe, Alarms, and Historical Trend are all included in the SCADA system. Through SCADA, required data is sent to the plant's MES and ERP systems.



Oil Quenching Line Monitoring

Utility SCADA System





Utility Area Dashboards, EMS Dashboards, Usage and Capacity Dashboards for Boilers, Cooling Towers, and Utility Motors were created in SCADA.



Centralized Solar Plant Monitoring SCADA





All three solar plants of a renowned solar power company are configured in a single location, complete with energy yield status, alarms, and dashboards for each plant across India. To obtain data from a remote location, the system uses VPN technology.



Blanking Line & Die Press Monitoring





Line of Blanks A top CAR manufacturing company's die press shop is set up in a SCADA system with a recipe, and the machine process is automated using SCADA.



Data Centre for Industry





SCADA provides a complete view of the data centre, including a dashboard for EMS, consumption, and alerts. The major goal of this system is to provide complete holistic administration of the Datacenter via SCADA.
